Small classes lead to big opportunities.Students at Millsaps College choose their own paths, and do it with support from the Pathways Program, which helps them develop the connections between their interests and their chosen vocation. By the end of their first semester, students choose one of six Pathways based on their interests and values: arts, culture and communication; business; exploratory; health; law, politics and social leadership; and STEM and data science. Recognized as having one of top study abroad programs in the country, Millsaps students find themselves helping to excavate Maya ruins in the heart of the Yucatán Peninsula, meeting with members of Parliament in the United Kingdom, painting in Spain, or immersing themselves in Asian cultures.Millsaps boasts the highest graduation rate of any four-year college or university in Mississippi, and its graduates have the highest median earnings of any college or university in the state ten years after starting school.
